I dedicated most of my life to Health, fitness, and nutrition. With experience in a various number of sports, ranging from: Martial Arts (black belt in Tae Kwon Do), semi pro Footballer , Swimming, Rowing, Running, Skiing, Tennis, Athletics, Weightlifting and Body Building, I can help you improve your health, fitness, and performance levels in every possible way.

Josie Creatini – Personal Trainer
Josie has had a passion for fitness and health from a very young age.
Starting with dance and progressing into a greater sport, has made me realise the importance of fitness and health in everyday living.
I furthered my knowledge and fitness skills by joining the Benefitness team and attending bootcamps and classes. Which later led me to become a Benefitness PT assistant.
After a few years, I found it was time to develop my passion and become a qualified PT as of December 2017. This career path has helped me assemble my natural desire to help people and helping them achieve their fitness and well-being goals.
Josie has a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and is a Level 2 Gym Instructor. Certified pool assistant and a fully qualified First Aider.
